A: All of our attorneys are readily accessible by phone and e-mail. Messages and emails received are promptly returned, usually within 24 business hours.

Q: Will I be dealing with the attorneys directly or will I be dealing with their paralegals or secretaries?

A: Our attorneys work directly with you, personally handling your file from beginning to end. Administrative staff is there to assist the attorney, keep your costs down, and are never used in place of a licensed attorney.

A: Depending on the type of matter, you may be charged by the hour for time spent on your file, or you may be charged one flat rate to perform certain legal services for you. You will always be told in advance of how the fees will be charged and at what rate.
